The intelligent and infinite being Ta-Ra, a France-based hip hop and R&B artist, pours out her love and energy in her new single, “Real 1.” Her unique voice uplifts the harp strings and trite beats as she professes her real and eternal love.
“I’m the real one, I’m the last one / I’m the rare one, boy, you better tell ’em,” she sings as we collectively bop to the rhythm. The formulaic song is catchy, and everyone can relate to a love song like this. Ta-Ra’s music puts a new twist on the R&B genre, fusing it with unique instrumentation layered onto rap beats.
Her forte is R&B and soul, and she definitely shines in this new single. In the chorus she sings, “tell ’em who ain’t never fail, fail, oh my lover / I care, I care, I care, I carе for you.” The repetitive lyricism hammers in her emotions of that one-in-a-million love and is sure to get the new track stuck in your head on repeat. Ta-Ra makes bops for you and your boo.
